The Cisco compatible CWDM-SFP-XXXX-120D optical transceiver is a high-performance 1Gbps CWDM module engineered for ultra long-distance transmission over single-mode fiber (SMF). Supporting wavelengths from 1470nm to 1610nm, it enables multiple Gigabit Ethernet channels over a single fiber pair using Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing (CWDM) technology.
With a reach of up to 120 kilometers, this module incorporates a high-sensitivity APD (Avalanche Photodiode) receiver and high-output optical design to ensure reliable performance across extended distances. It also supports Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM), allowing real-time tracking of key parameters such as temperature, voltage, transmit power, and receive power.
“XXXX” represents the CWDM wavelength option (1470/1490/1510/1530/1550/1570/1590/1610nm).
